Olumide has overseen the delivery of many digital software projects using various Agile methodologies, Continuous Delivery and DevOps. He has used his expertise to help teams deliver better quality solutions, reduce time to market (lead times) and reduce cost. His interests are in the predictability of continuous delivery teams, DevOps, and lean startup.

Islam believes in the Agile mind-set and has a passion and commitment to promote the successful Agile way of working to people all over the world, including university students. As the International Director of the Agile Business Consortium, he leads the development and expansion of a very successful International Ambassadors scheme. Islam is an Associate Professor at Kingston University and has been working in the university sector for over 20 years. His research interests include Business Analysis, Agile Development, Agile leadership, Ontological Business Modelling, Business Systems Dynamics, application of the General Systems Theory in developing business models and various issues on knowledge management.


Agile practices have been established in many areas of software development, project management, and now at the business organisations level. Currently, Agile business consortium is developing a framework for business Agility which is designed to help organisations become more adaptive, creative, and resilient in complex uncertain times. However, there has not been enough Agile practices applied to service and cloud computing. Therefore, the aim of this workshop is to create a community for cloud business agility. We call for papers in the following areas related to Agile Cloud but not limited to these areas:

·         Agile approaches to big data and deriving business values

·         Agile requirements engineering for cloud computing

·         Scrum agile approaches for cloud computing

·         Agile project management practices for cloud computing

·         System dynamics modelling for Agile cloud computing

·         Agile testing for cloud computing

·         Agile education and certification

·         Agile team dynamics methods and practices

·         Continuous Delivery and DevOps practices

·         Agile operational management

·         Agile SOA practices
